Based on a completely new development and the use of a technically sophisticated manufacturing process for the production of the roof shell, the SCA 194 is a sleeping roof with many advantages.
The high scissor lifts offer considerably more legroom and enable a sleeping position with the head to the rear. Compared to the previous solution, it was possible to increase the stroke by 25 cm.
A high-quality slatted frame with an aluminum frame offers even more comfort when lying down and sleeping. When the bed is folded down and the roof is closed, the arching of the slatted frame provides more headroom for passengers on the rear bench seat.
The Southco latches with integrated safety straps ensure that the roof can be locked easily and securely.
The roof shell with a smooth, non-profiled outer surface offers ideal conditions for the direct bonding of thin solar films just a few millimetres thick without significantly increasing the overall height of the vehicle.
The roof type is optionally available with a panoramic fabric bellows.
