Make your roof fit again: Repair, spare parts, warranty

Fabric bellows torn, gas struts rusted or rubber seals porous? This can happen with older roofs. But don't panic: Our roofs are easy to repair - replacing a part is often enough.

Who will repair my roof?

In principle, anyone can repair their own roof. However, you should bear in mind that repairs carried out by yourself cannot be guaranteed. It is therefore better to have them carried out by a team of experts. You have two options:

Contact your SCA fitter: The workshop where you bought your SCA roof will also repair it.
Get in touch with an SCA workshop partner: Our network of SCA workshop partners will repair your SCA roof regardless of where it was purchased. This means you are not regionally bound and can easily stop off at a workshop along your travel route while on vacation.

Where can I get spare parts?

The workshop that repairs your roof will take care of spare parts for it. If you want to repair your roof yourself, you can order spare parts from our SCA store and have them delivered directly to your home. We also offer spare parts for older roof models.

Our central spare parts warehouse in Königsbronn supplies SCA fitters, SCA workshop partners and end customers via the store in the shortest possible time. Please note, however, that some large spare parts (e.g. complete roof shells) are only produced when required and can therefore take a little longer.

What do I need to consider with the warranty?

SCA roofs and spare parts come with a two-year warranty on installation in the workshop. You are not dependent on a specific SCA fitter: Our SCA workshop partners also settle the warranty service directly with us.
