This innovative separating toilet utilizes a system that separates urine and solid waste. As a result, not only is odor development minimized through drying, but also environmentally friendly disposal is facilitated.
By eliminating the need for water and chemicals, resources are conserved and the environment is protected, as well as independence from disposal stations is gained.
Cleanliness and hygiene
The containers can be individually removed, emptied, and thus easily cleaned. They resist aqueous chemicals. However, diluted citric acid or white vinegar are explicitly suitable for cleaning. Urine can be disposed of in a regular toilet, while the bag containing solid waste should be placed in the general waste bin. The separation and drying function prevents odors from developing.
Material and design
The body is made of sustainable and highly water-resistant Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), ensuring durability and stability. The containers for liquid and solid waste are made of recyclable plastics (polypropylene and polyethylene) and can be removed separately.
The soft-close lid is attached to the seat. Comparable in size to a crate of beer, this toilet is entirely manufactured in Germany. The manufacturers prioritize longevity while also emphasizing comfort and design.
