Payment / Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply: Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Spain, Hungary, Cyprus.
Shipping Costs (including VAT) Deliveries within Germany: We charge a flat shipping fee of: €8.50 per package. For bulky shipments (>120 cm), we charge a surcharge of €21 per package.
Deliveries to other countries: We charge a flat shipping fee of: €25.00 per package. For bulky shipments (>120 cm), we charge a surcharge of €21 per package.
Delivery Times Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany is made within 2-5 days, and within 5-7 days for international deliveries after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, from the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
